Five Favorite Ways to Sneak Scar Release Into Your Day

I wanted to check in with you and share some of my most favorite ways to sneak in your beloved scar release self-treatment sessions. I know you're busy and maybe even overwhelmed with your list of things to do, but scar release doesn't have to take up too much of your sacred time.
Here are some sneaky ways to take care of you and your beloved body. You can get your Beloved Guide to Scar Release HERE
HERE WE GO!
1) Before You Get Out of Bed - Set your alarm 10 to 20 minutes earlier than the need to put feet on the floor, press snooze and say hi to your beloved scars.
2) The Passenger Seat of the Car - think of all that commute time and even better if you're not driving. Your partner will love the fact that you are not backseat driving as your beautiful attention is on your beloved bust. Sneak a hand under or come in from the side and find that scar and sink in for your two to five minutes.
3) Binging On Netflix - Now we all know your body would like your full-on attention but if you're hanging on the couch and hooked into your favorite show, then why not say hi to your sweet body. Find your scar, say hi, and gently compress and hang. Let Downton Abbey narrate as you soften and feel. What if you got wrapped up in the suspense of your body letting go, press pause and connect for reals. Five minutes goes by fast when you're watching someone else's drama. Melt like cheese.
4) Beloved Bathtub Therapy - This could go in many ways, but here we are in the therapy realm of scar release and this is the perfect time to say hi to your beloved bust, checking in with density and such with slidey soap, rinse, and then without sliding you can connect with your adhesions and scars. Soak and let the water wash over you. Clean, relaxed, and self cared for the night.
5) Your Beloved Bed - Head to bed 20 minutes earlier and sneak in some beloved bust time. Get horizontal and chill while you send sweet nothings to your body as you compress and release your scars.
Scar release and self-care don't have to be added to your never-ending list of stuff to do. Sneak your self-care in overtime and your body will thank you. Decrease your pain and tightness, gain peace of mind, and fill in the gap between breast cancer and your new favorite self.
Let me know if you have any favorite ways to add scar release to your day. Be sure to forward this to your favorite breasty and join the movement to reclaim your body after breast cancer.
Warmly,
